How long will it take to receive my items?

All orders will be shipped in 1-3 business days via the provider you select at checkout (USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL). All shipping rates are calculated by the provider automatically, there is no surcharge from MPowHer.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES/ REFUNDS

Can MPowHer Apparel items bet returned?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at megan@mpowherfit.com. You will be provided with a return label to send back to our warehouse.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Allow 1-3 business days for processing return after it's been delivered to us.

Can Mpowher appreal be exchanged?

Didn't find your best fit the first time? No worries! Contact us at megan@mpowherfit.com to initiate an exchange to find your preferred size. If you're local to Minnesota, we recommend scheduling a private shopping appointment so you can come try everything on in person - activewear sizing can be tricky! 

Can I request a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What if my items arrive damaged or with defects?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. Any quality issue identified in the first 10 days from when your order is delivered will be replaced immediately. Any of the above listed issues brought to our attention more than 10 days after delivery will be handled on a case by case basis and does not guarantee replacement.

Are there non-returnable items?

We cannot accept returns on gift cards or final sale items including retiring colors and styles.
